Join us for bus service to University Park for the PSU vs West Virginia football game! Ticket includes round trip bus transportation to Happy Valley. The Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association is not able to offer refunds due to events that are beyond our control. If you purchase tickets and are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with filling your seat if there is a wait list.Â
